The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the warm greeting upon arrival to their assistance during our stay. The location was ideal, being so close to Paddington Station and within walking distance of Hyde Park and Oxford Street.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with Paddington and Lancaster stations just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore this city. Being close to Hyde Park was also a major plus, as we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the breakfast provided was lovely, allowing us to start our day off right.
