I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and I felt very comfortable in the room. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Bayswater tube station and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of great eating and coffee places nearby. The breakfast offered great value for money, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The best aspects of this hotel were its location and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to Queensway, which has a variety of restaurants including halal options and is also near the Malaysian Hall. It is easy to find halal food and the nearby restaurant options are endless. Additionally, the hotel is close to Paddington Station and within walking distance of Hyde Park. The staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and approachable, providing excellent customer service.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is conveniently close to tube stations, restaurants, shops, and even Kensington Gardens. I enjoyed taking quiet walks in the park before returning to the hotel. The cleaning staff was also very kind and the room was clean. The hotel facilities, including the Wi-fi and breakfast, were great. The staff at the front desk were helpful and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of during my stay.
Nothing not to love.
The hotel may be undergoing some refurbishments, but the staff handled any issues seamlessly.
We found this hotel to be clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was very convenient for exploring central London, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants.
