The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Vauxhall and Nine Elms train stations, making it convenient to go to the central area. It is also close to the US Embassy.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff were all great. The hotel was spotless and the room was cosy and homely. The staff were very helpful and even assisted me with a scanner free of charge. The location was convenient, not too far from Vauxhall station, and in easy walking distance of the river and Westminster. The transportation options were excellent, with the Victoria line providing easy access to various parts of the city, including the airport.

I had a peaceful sleep as the hotel was off a main road. The staff were very helpful and catered to all my requests. The hotel's key card access provided a sense of security. Despite the rooms appearing small, they were well-designed to feel comfortable and roomy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager, Javed, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The room was cosy, warm, and quiet, making it perfect for a good night's sleep before our early morning immigrant visa interview. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the embassy. Additionally, the bathroom was easy to navigate for my mother, who has mobility issues. The hotel also offered a complimentary mobile phone during our stay, which was a nice surprise and proved to be extremely useful for local calls and mobile data.
