We enjoyed the location of the hotel, with easy access to Chiswick, Hammersmith, and the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The breakfast had a wide range of choices, including the delicious English breakfast. The staff, especially Amanda, were very kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels provided every second day and soap and shampoo provided in the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a cozy bar downstairs and a beautiful garden side that was perfect for staying asleep a bit longer. The location was ideal, with easy walking access to both Stamford Brook and Turnham Green tube stations. It was also located next to a very nice neighborhood and offered great transportation options for getting in and around the city. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a choice between continental or English breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm and genuine welcome upon arrival.
Everything is what we needed and wanted.
Cleanliness, great breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location near tube station and lots of restaurants. Couldn't fault.
