I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the GM Govinda who made sure everything ran smoothly. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near the Gloucester Road station and there was no commotion. It was easy to get around this city with the close proximity to the Tube. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious living rooms and well-equipped kitchens. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Additionally, there were several shops and a grocery store just a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient for any needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was incredibly clean and spacious, perfect for my family of four. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was in a quiet part of the city, yet very close to the underground station, M&S Food, and some good restaurants. It was also opposite a lovely park square, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location were all exceptional.
