We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and all at the top of their game. They were very professional and accommodated our every need. Every detail for comfort and luxury was thought of, and the concierge made sure that any additional requests were fulfilled. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful spa and gym area. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was also very nice, and the staff were kind and attentive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being spacious and very clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa which was simply sublime. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the embankment tube station and attractions like the London Eye. The dining options were outstanding, with delicious cuisine served in the Bassoon Bar and Massimo Restaurant. The breakfast in bed was a special treat and made us feel truly pampered.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the hotel facilities were excellent. All the staff, from the waiting staff to the chefs, were incredibly attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel in a quieter section of the area was a definite plus. The valets were also very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. the best aspect of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff.

This city is beautiful, with stunning decor and spacious rooms. The spa is amazing, with great facilities like a sauna and pool. The food at the garden restaurant and Tom Kerridge's restaurant is delicious. The staff at the Northall Bar were a delight.
