We loved how convenient it was to take a taxi to the 02. It was also great to have the DLR station so close by. The hotel's location made it easy to quickly get to the center of the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good variety of options. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel had very clean rooms with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to carry our suitcases and taking our photo as Comic Con guests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the O2 and the ExCel centre, and it was also close to the train station and the tube.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel's location in a very nice area close to the ExCel centre was perfect for us. It was just a quick walk to the train station and then two stops on the tube straight into the 02. Additionally, being very close to a train station made getting around the city a breeze. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
