Clean and cozy rooms with a ship cabin-like feel. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Great location close to shops, museums, and tube stations. Reasonable pricing for an expensive neighborhood
Limited space in the rooms, not suitable for guests with multiple bags. Blood stain on the sheets, cleanliness concerns.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being very close to the Gloucester Road tube station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We also appreciated the fact that there were restaurants nearby and a grocery store just around the corner.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Gloucester Road tube station, making it easy to travel to the city center in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, this neighborhood is in the center of this city, providing easy access to great restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in slightly earlier.
