The staff were extremely helpful and moved me to a quiet and cozy room. The hotel is small and clean. The location is amazing, steps away from Hyde Park and a short walk to Oxford Street.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with many attractions within easy walking distance. The staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel itself had a nice feel and the room was spacious with beautiful decor. The breakfast offered a good range of options and the bar was stylish and enjoyable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that the staff promptly attended to our requests for toiletries and drinking water bottles.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to Piccadilly and local parks, attractions, and great shops like Fortnum & Masons and Harrods. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff provided exceptional service, from the bell staff to the receptionists who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with dinner reservations, ensuring we experienced the best of what this city has to offer.
