I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right next to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Plus, there was a convenient grocery store just a stone's throw away. The Glouster Street Tube station was right across the street, making it super easy to navigate the city. The hotel itself had everything I needed and more. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen, though small, had all the necessary utensils and dishes. And having a washing machine in the room was a great bonus. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Clean and comfortable room, with all necessary amenities.
Convenient location near major parks, shops, and attractions.
Easy access to transportation, including Heathrow and central areas.
Plenty of nearby restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
Nothing, all excellent.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the well-equipped kitchenette with a kettle, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. I loved having the convenience of preparing my own meals and being able to wash my clothes. Another great aspect was the location. This hotel is ideally situated, with a Waitrose supermarket and three major museums close by. The transportation options were also excellent, with the metro station just a few feet away and easy access to the open-top tour bus stop. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. a fantastic experience.
No issues.
We loved the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance to Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. It was also conveniently close to the train station and the open-top tour bus stop. In addition, there was a Waitrose supermarket nearby, as well as three major museums. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Cannot find any fault.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with new and well-maintained fixtures and fittings. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a kettle, fridge, microwave. The location was perfect, as it was very close to Clouster Road Underground and within walking distance to several sightseeing highlights. The staff were exceptional, always cheerful and helpful, and made us feel right at home.
Not obvious to find.
