The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and a clean bathroom. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a hairdryer, fridge, and fan. The location was excellent, with Paddington station just a 10-minute walk away and Hyde Park only a 5-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in front of Hyde Park in the heart of the city. It was close to the breakfast room and staff areas, making it convenient for me. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, with daily cleaning. The hotel facilities were great, including a TV in the room and a heater/ fan for our comfort. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, upgrading our room without any additional cost. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Paddington station nearby providing easy access to transportation and the main tube lines. We also appreciated the breakfast, which offered fresh options and a good variety of choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. They allowed us to securely store our bags before check-in. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the tube and Hyde Park. It was also convenient for exploring all parts of the city, including Kensington Park. The room, although small, was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hotel facilities, such as the comfortable bed, well-equipped room, and plentiful breakfast buffet, were top-notch.
