The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who were exceptionally helpful and polite. The location was perfect, close to several underground stations and within walking distance of Euston station. It was also near shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring this city.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The hotel had ample electrical sockets and USB points in the room, making it convenient for charging devices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a superb location. It was perfectly situated, within easy walking distance to Leicester Square and several underground stations. This made it convenient for exploring the city and attending shows at the nearby theatre. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel welcomed and ensuring our needs were met.
