The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is close to both Holborn and Russell Square tube stations. We found it convenient to walk to nearby train stations, as well as famous areas like Covent Garden and The Strand. The hotel's staff was extremely attentive, efficient, and friendly, making us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being literally right next to the wonderful British Museum. Compared to many more expensive hotels in the area, the price for this hotel was a great value. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my mother's stay special for her 70th birthday. The rooms were relatively clean, and the bed was comfy. The shower had good water pressure, and the hotel was in a quiet location despite being centrally located.
