The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always polite, professional, and willing to help. The room was spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was excellent, especially the Full English option. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Chinatown and other attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, about a 10-minute walk from Covent Garden and on the garden side. It was also convenient for visiting the British Museum, just a few minutes away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided, including a fridge and small kitchen, were a bonus. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience.
