The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to deliver excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The location was conveniently close to a tube station.

The rooms were modern, clean, and bigger than expected. The breakfast had a nice variety of pastries, cereal, toast, and some hot items. The staff were very helpful, polite, and nice. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and close to parks.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location for going to The Oval cricket stadium was excellent. We were able to easily catch the bus or walk to central London and the nearest tube station. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the room was tidy with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was first class, with a variety of options including delicious bacon. The staff, both at the reception and in the kitchen, were very friendly and helpful.
