The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with spotless rooms and common areas. The facilities provided by the hotel were top-notch, including an iron in the room. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The location next to Lancaster Gate Tube station made it convenient to explore the city, and it was within walking distance from Paddington Railway Station and Hyde Park.

The location was superb, with transportation links right next to the hotel and Hyde Park directly opposite. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast choice was great as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was fantastic, with Lancaster Gate tube station just a stone's throw away and shops and restaurants conveniently close by. We loved that Kensington Gardens were right opposite the hotel, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely sized ensuite, a comfortable bed, and a coffee machine in the room. Furthermore, the continental breakfast provided a generous selection of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring extra security with the card key system.
