The hotel's location was perfect for us. It was close to Queensway tube station, which made it easy to explore Hyde Park, Notting Hill, and Kensington. We were also thrilled to find out that the hotel was right next to Hyde Park itself. With young children in tow, we appreciated the convenience of being near the brilliant Hyde Park playground. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impressive. We found the rooms to be clean, with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Clayton and others at the front desk going out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel's proximity to tube stations on the Circle and District lines was also a major plus.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right across the road from Kensington Palace and very near to Hyde Park. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, making traveling around the city very easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with clean rooms and a nice and clean shower room. The staff at the hotel, especially the head of housekeeping, were lovely and provided great service. the hotel facilities and transportation options were excellent, making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, with two subway stations within a 10-minute walk. This made it easy for us to explore the city and reach our workplace quickly. The hotel facilities were great, especially the self-catering facilities in the room. We appreciated being able to prepare our own meals. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were top-notch. Additionally, there were plenty of coffee shops and fast-food options nearby, which was convenient for grabbing a quick bite.
