The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. They made my stay very enjoyable, assisting with any questions or concerns I had. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner being spotless. The hotel's location was brilliant, with easy access to Shepherd's Bush tube station and other transportation options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was small, but very comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillow. The daily cleaning service was impressive, and they even changed the wet curtain in the bathroom. The location was perfect, with bus stops just 50m away and the Central, Circle, and District lines within a 10-15 minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe and had low crime rates. The breakfast was satisfactory, and we liked everything about this hotel, including the affordable price.

The bathroom may have been small, but it was clean and had all the essentials. The beds had quality bedding and were comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided a good selection of bread products and the staff were attentive. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and close proximity to pubs, attractions, and food markets.

The proximity to an underground station and bus stops allows for convenient travel to Gatwick airport and other tourist attractions.
