The hotel had excellent facilities, including a well-appointed room with a coffee and tea service, a small refrigerator, and a luxurious bathroom. The location was ideal, with close proximity to Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Covent Garden, Hyde Park. The staff was friendly and helpful, with a concierge who recommended a great restaurant nearby. The breakfast options, including croissants and cappuccinos, were delicious and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, being close to Victoria Station and in the beautiful neighborhood of Belgravia. I loved how quiet Ebury Street was, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the young woman at reception. It was great to be able to adjust the room temperature and open the window for fresh air. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the marble in the bathroom added to the overall elegance.

The hotel was conveniently located near transport links and close to Buckingham Palace. It made it easy for me to explore the city and attend a special event. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting me in organizing a surprise for my girlfriend during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious, and the hotel had all the facilities I needed for a pleasant stay.
