We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, with a great outdoor space, though it was too cold to use it. The living room was perfect for hanging out, and the bedrooms were a good size. Even though the apartment was in the basement, it was well lit. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and supermarket. We loved how close it was to local transport links and attractions like the natural history museum. The staff, especially Mario, provided the best customer service we've ever encountered. He was hospitable, offering us an umbrella for the rain and leaving a welcome note and rose for my wife's birthday. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

Nothing, it was perfect.
I loved how clean the apartment was and its convenient location near the tube station. The outside garden was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall charm. Being near the Marylebone rail station made exploring the city so much easier. The staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

The hotel was clean, with good facilities including a well-equipped kitchen and key code access. The location was perfect, in a lovely neighborhood and not far from three tube stations, making it easy to explore the city center. The staff, particularly the friendly cleaner, were very helpful.
