I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. I really liked the lounge area by the lobby. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even let me stay for an extra 3 hours on the day of check-out, which made me really happy. The complimentary WIFI was incredibly fast, and the hotel had a pleasant and nice smell. One thing that I especially appreciated was the complimentary phone provided in each room. It was a huge help throughout my trip.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service.

The hotel had a central location close to Paddington station and the Heathrow express, making it convenient for transportation. There was a variety of eating places nearby, ranging from fast food to higher-end options. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, with a well-prepared space and some complimentary items. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy who provided excellent service.

Close to Hyde Park, Paddington Station, excellent reception, and very helpful staff. Convenient for main trains and underground links. Cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast offered was delicious and well-prepared.
