The hotel is located in a quiet Edwardian square and is easily accessible via the nearby underground station. It is also conveniently located for getting to the city center by tube or double-decker buses. The hotel offers clean rooms with good facilities, including a breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. The hotel is within walking distance to Hyde Park and the central metro line. The breakfast provided was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being tidied each day and water, tea, and coffee replenished. The location was perfect, being near Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and not too far from Notting Hill. This made it convenient for us as we were attending course modules in this city. The staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great selection of items.

The staff were the best part of our experience, as they were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay, even assisting with personal business and offering technical support for our devices. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of fresh fruit, continental options, and a delicious hot English breakfast. this hotel provided great value for the area and exceeded our expectations.
