We loved the cleanliness and the friendly staff at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to Hyde Park and just a short walk to the underground. The hotel facilities were great, including tea and coffee in the room and a fan for comfort. The breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day, with a continental spread and options for fried and boiled eggs with beans.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size, with comfortable beds and even air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Paddington Station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel's proximity to transportation made it convenient for exploring the city and attending events at the Royal Albert Hall.

The staff was amazing, with extremely polite and helpful receptionists during check-in and check-out, and the ladies serving breakfast were also polite and helpful. The breakfast itself offered plenty of choice, including healthy options.
