The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation as the hotel was right next to Russel Square tube station. The room was comfortable, with a nice window and clean bed linen and towels. Despite being close to the ground floor, the noise from the tube was minimal and did not disrupt my sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying my bag for me.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was clean, with helpful staff and a great location. Being right next to the tube station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, there were many amenities nearby, including a 24-hour convenience store and a variety of eating and drinking options. The wifi was reliable and surprisingly fast, and the shower worked well despite its small size.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the city and very close to the railway station. Being situated in a park added a peaceful ambiance to our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.
