We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even able to check in to one of our rooms early. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning outlook of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a bar with delicious food and drinks. The restaurant, Tang, served beautifully cooked and presented meals. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both buffet and menu options available. The staff made our daughter's 21st birthday extra special, with a plate of truffles and a birthday cake in her room. We also appreciated the gesture of offering us champagne during check-out.
For us, there were no negative aspects.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning. The cocktails and food were exceptional, especially the beer cocktail. The staff, although not all local, were very friendly and attentive.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay here, with excellent staff and service. They were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and my room had an amazing view of the city and Thames. The breakfast spread was well laid out, with a great selection of both full English and continental options. The location was perfect, right next to the subway and surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants. It was also easy to explore the city from here, with transportation options nearby. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all outstanding.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Borough Market and other parts of the city.
