We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to fit our family of 2 adults and 3 kids in one room. They even waived the extra charge for our youngest child. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to Victoria coach station, bus stops, and the main activities around Buckingham Palace. We were able to easily explore the city thanks to the convenient transportation options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were provided with fresh towels every day. The breakfast, though simple with toast, jam, and cereals, was plentiful. The staff serving breakfast were kind and attentive. this hotel was perfect for us, providing a cheap and cheerful experience.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, thanks to a few positive aspects. The location was excellent, with the hotel being just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city using public transportation. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, I found the reception staff to be helpful and accommodating during my stay.

The hotel facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided is included in the price and although it may be meager, it is a nice added bonus. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the underground and in the coach station.

They ensured that all of my needs were met, including assistance with directions for my bus tour. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to Victoria coach station and everything around Buckingham Palace. Additionally, the hotel room had a kettle, allowing me to enjoy tea and coffee throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The staff promptly fulfilled my request for milk and abundantly provided tea and coffee.
