We loved the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the nice bath facilities and the convenient presence of a fridge/mini-bar in the room.
The location to Paddington Station was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to transportation throughout the city.

The room layout was spacious and well thought out, with features like heated bathroom flooring and dimmable lights. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a quiet and picturesque street, and less than a 5-minute walk to Paddington. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel provided amenities such as carbonated sodas, a bottle of wine upon arrival, daily tea, coffee, and biscuits.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. Everything looked new and modern. I was pleasantly surprised to find a shaver available in the bathroom, in addition to the usual shampoo and conditioner. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Paddington station and close to bus stops and other transportation options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Khazi, Luanne, and the front office staff who attended to us during check-in. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, as they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even respecting our request to not have housekeeping done.
I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Paddington station. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were great. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's bar and elevator. a highly recommended hotel.
