We were extremely impressed with the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff provided professional and attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily access various parks, markets, and popular shopping destinations.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Vatsel, Marie, and Chris at the front desk. The hotel is located in an affluent area, close to excellent restaurants, shopping streets like Piccadilly and Oxford St. The breakfast was of very high quality with a great variety of hot and cold options, and they even accommodated all food allergies. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a great bar in the main lobby. The king suite room we stayed in was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. Transportation was convenient, with no problem finding taxis in front of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the best attractions and shopping in the city. The staff were amazing, especially Janni at check-in and the helpful porter. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely kitchen bar and delicious breakfast. Cleanliness was impeccable. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything from the cleanliness to the hotel facilities was top-notch. The spacious room and comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the location in Mayfair was perfect for my west end meetings. I also appreciated the convenience of nearby transportation options, with the hotel being just a few meters away from a tube station. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the delicious breakfast was the cherry on top. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Jamal at the front door, were very courteous and helpful. The marble tiling in the bathroom was a nice touch and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city and shopping in Mayfair. The hotel also had great transportation connections, with the underground and buses nearby.
Hard to think of anything negative.
