I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-presented bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful and cozy bed, a fabulous minibar, and a fantastic breakfast. The staff provided excellent hospitality and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, just off Dean Street, surrounded by cafes, pubs, restaurants, and theaters. It was also a great starting point for exploring parks and historical monuments in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The room service was quick and the staff members were helpful and friendly. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the bar area with its honesty bar. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the vibrant Soho area, which is known for its exceptional artwork, theaters, concerts, and restaurants. We were happy to receive personalized handwritten letters and gifts, which added a nice touch to our stay.

The hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities were impressive. In addition, the staff were helpful, especially the concierges who assisted us in making reservations for theater shows. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Soho area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept in. The hotel's location in the middle of the city made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the theatres and concerts in the Soho area. Additionally, the breakfast served was superb and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
