We loved our stay at this hotel! The room had a calming ambiance with its zen-like design and soothing lighting. Despite not having a window, the room felt spacious and we didn't miss the natural light. The facilities were simple but well-furnished, and there were plenty of plug sockets and light settings. The hotel's self-check-in process was straightforward and helped us avoid long lines. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything, very close to the underground station with a direct connection to the airport, and just a short walk to both tube stations and buses. The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I had an amazing stay with easy access to the tube and everything I needed. The hotel's location in the theatre district was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the modern and minimalistic design. The staff members at the reception, Mar, Joana, and Hanif, were incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were so comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. it was a clean, simple, and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location is perfect, right next to everything we wanted to see and just a short walk to a nightclub that was on until 3 am. The hotel facilities were modern and very comfortable, especially the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, even upgrading us free of charge when we accidentally booked an accessible room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with clean and comfy beds and sheets.

Being in a cave or prison in Chinatown, just behind the hotel, was quite an interesting experience. I enjoyed being in the center of the main attractions and having easy access to transportation.
