We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, a glass of prosecco on arrival, and our room was beautifully decorated. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a huge TV, comfortable bed, and a nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was amazing, stocked with elemis toiletries. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to Moorgate underground station and central shopping and nightlife. the service and attention to detail made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The room was extremely clean and modern, with nice extra touches like a welcome note, chocolates, and a rubber duck. The location was great, within easy walking distance to three different stations - Moorgate, Bank, and St. Paul's Cathedral. The bathroom was also very nice, with a separate shower and bathtub. the hotel had excellent facilities and a wonderful ambience.
Nothing it is perfect.
The location was easy to find from Moorgate or Bank tubes. Transportation was convenient with access to 3 different stations. The staff were friendly and the hotel facilities were great.
Can't fault anything about it.
