The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the city centre and right next to the train station and underground, making it convenient for transportation. The staff were competent and approachable, providing good customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, with a clean toilet and comfortable beds.

The location close to the station and transport links was perfect. We were minutes away from the train and bus station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was situated near the railway, but it didn't disturb us at all. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised by the nice clean room for 4 people. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was so close to the Victoria train station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were great, with a working TV, washbasin, fridge. The breakfast provided was substantial, with a variety of options including tea, coffee, cereal, and toast. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
