We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful ambience of the Oscar Wilde Lounge. The tea stands in the lounge were filled with delightful treats, including scrumptious scones and desserts. We also appreciated the choice of wonderful tea and the fact that we could try more than one. Lee, who was very knowledgeable about the restaurants, provided excellent recommendations. Additionally, we couldn't get enough of the Laurent champagne on offer.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped kids club that our children absolutely loved. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to popular areas and attractions. The staff, especially Claudia at the concierge and Rafael who checked us in, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and served with great attention to detail.

The hotel exudes luxury right from the entrance. The staff are incredibly attentive and polite. The check-in process was effortless and I was promptly shown to my spacious and modern room. The bathroom was massive, with a his and hers sink arrangement and a built-in TV mirror. The main bedroom area was incredible, with plush flooring and a Bang and Olufsen Beovision TV. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of shopping areas and Hyde Park.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with modern wood paneling and marble bathrooms. The staff was attentive and they even provided birthday balloons. The location was conveniently close to musical theatre.
