The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was close to good transport links and in the center of the city. I was able to easily walk to Victoria Coach Station, and it was within walking distance of many attractions such as Buckingham Palace. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially the main reception guy who always assisted with any requests.
Cannot find any fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The self check-in and check-out process was convenient, and there was a number available in case we needed assistance. The hotel provided sufficient information on how to access the property. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment-like setup, with a double bedroom, kitchen area, and living room equipped with large TVs. The bed was comfortable, and the entire place was clean and tidy. The location was great, close to train and bus links in the city. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags and providing a large and comfortable room. The shower was excellent, and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and large TV. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags for free. The manager even gave us a discount when there was a mix-up with the cleaners. this hotel provided excellent service and a comfortable stay.
