We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, making our stay extra special. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the evening canapes and drinks, including champagne. The location of the hotel was perfect, near Hyde Park and Oxford Street, and we were fortunate to be there during the Winter Wonderland event. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave me a room upgrade upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I loved that they closed the curtains and turned down the bed while I was out. The breakfast was excellent, and I felt very at home and comfortable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also fabulous, with easy access to transportation and attractions like the Palace.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was near Hyde Park and within walking distance of Knightsbridge, Oxford Street, and Regent Street. We also enjoyed being surrounded by good restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the luxury spa seating area, were impressive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
