I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation options around the hotel were very convenient, with a short walk to the Hammersmith Tube station. The location was perfect for me, as it was really near the Hammersmith Apollo where I was going for the evening. The staff, especially Georgi and Cristina from the cafe lounge, provided excellent service and made me feel very welcome.

We loved the location, right next to Hammersmith Tube Station, which made it convenient for getting around the city and accessing central London activities. The hotel's proximity to the Eventim Apollo, Lyric Theatre, and Hammersmith Tube and Bus Station was a big plus. The cleanliness of the room was as expected and it was made up nicely upon arrival. The breakfast was a good choice with the option of a teapot, and the hash browns were delicious. The staff was friendly and the hotel facilities were in great shape.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom and shower facility. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the Hammersmith Tube station and the whole network. It was also close to the Hammersmith Apollo and various shops and pubs in Hammersmith and along the Thames. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my overnight stay even better. The buffet breakfast the next morning was exceptional.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Aurelia at reception, who provided great assistance for us as travelers. The breakfast was also enjoyable, providing a good start to our day.
