The hotel staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and a convenient location. The breakfast selection was delicious and the hotel staff dealt with any issues professionally. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the doormen and instantly felt relaxed and happy to be staying at such a friendly and upscale hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the bar, were polite, professional, and genuinely wanted to make my stay comfortable. The room service was brilliant, allowing me to easily order dinner and enjoy a cozy night in after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a major tube station and right across from a popular museum.
Not obvious to find.
The hotel's cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and enthusiastic staff in the Buckingham Palace area.
It was all superb.
