We had a fantastic last-minute stay in this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and just the right size for two people. The bathrooms were a dream and the hotel had excellent facilities like Sky TV. The location was great, with Chinatown, Leicester Square, and the Harry Potter shop all nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of.
Couldn't stay longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotlessly clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything working as expected. The location was perfect, close to both Covent Garden and all of Soho, as well as being conveniently close to the tube. It was also within walking distance to Victoria Embankment, where I could enjoy views of the Thames. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Soho. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything immaculately maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cafe which offered a wide variety of options for breakfast and was of excellent quality. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, being very near to the Palace Theatre and all the important streets of Soho. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Leicester Square tube station made transportation extremely convenient. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my check-in late at night was hassle-free.
