We loved the central location, just a stone's throw away from tube stations and all the shops. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a good area of the city near Marble Arch and close to the Marble Arch station for easy transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. The staff was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive to our needs and even assisted our grandsons with their toys, providing batteries and a screwdriver.

The hotel's location in the center of everything is unbeatable. It's in a prime position, just a 2-minute walk to the tube and surrounded by a busy shopping district. The lobby's cafe is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a comfortable and spacious room that has all the amenities you could need, including an iPad and Nespresso coffee machine. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
