I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was close to Leadenhall Market, Lloyds building, and the financial district, making it very convenient for my business trip. The hotel facilities were excellent, with free water stations and a coffee/tea machine on the ground floor. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Another great aspect was the free upgrade to my room and the hotel's support in receiving packages for me.
All was perfect.
The hotel's location was fantastic. We could easily walk to famous attractions and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and clean, with a powerful and hot shower. We also appreciated the free bottled water in the lobby and the tea/coffee in the reception area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and conveniently located halfway between Liverpool Street Station and London Bridge underground. It was great for exploring all of central London and attending events we had planned. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with clean and dry sheets and towels provided. The facilities were excellent, with a good desk, nice armchair, and a good TV setup in our spacious and comfortable room. The wifi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our room was ready for us before check-in time and providing essential amenities like a hairdryer and ironing board.

We loved the convenient location, with tube stations nearby and easy access to transportation. The hotel is situated in a safe and quiet business area, perfect for light sleepers. Additionally, the hotel offers free 24-hour snacks, coffee, and water, which was a nice touch.
