We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and shopping centers. It only took 15 minutes to reach the center of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we found the facilities to be top-notch. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the self-service breakfast, which was excellent. our experience at this hotel was wonderful.

The hotel is close to transport, both the tube and buses, making it easy to explore this city. It is also conveniently located near Shepherds Bush Empire, where I was going to see a band. The staff were professional and friendly, creating a nice atmosphere upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of parking were also positives.

The location for getting to most attractions in this city is excellent. Close to the huge Westfield Mall and the Tube Station.

On arrival, be prepared to be checked-once that is done, the staff are very hospitable. The hotel facilities are top-notch - from the cheapest Shiraz being £30-00 a bottle, to the old butchers. The location is fantastic, close to Holland Park and the Westfield shopping mall. The breakfast is simply outstanding, with a wide range of choices. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for accessing the tube and getting to Wembley. We also appreciated the variety of options for eating out nearby. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym. Despite some difficulty finding it, we enjoyed using the weight room. The breakfast spread provided plenty of choice and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
