We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was extremely clean and tidy, perfect for just the two of us. The facilities were great, especially the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening. The hotel had an unconventional feel, with multiple entrance/exit doors instead of a traditional reception. The location was excellent, close to shopping streets and key sights in this city. It was also conveniently located near several underground stations, making it easy for us to explore the tourist area. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood with very little outside noise.

The Z Hotel Gloucester Place offered excellent service by friendly and competent young employees. The complimentary cheese and wine in the evening was a fantastic innovation. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of many central London attractions. It was situated in a well-kept neighborhood with numerous restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to sleep very well. The staff were excellent, always friendly and willing to help. The complementary wine and cheese event in the evening was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's WiFi worked well, even in my room. The location was excellent, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. It was also conveniently located near a metro station.
