The staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a quick check-in and a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice sofa to relax on while watching TV. The bed was a good-sized double with a firm mattress, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-designed, with a shower-only setup and a multi-angle mirror for easy makeup application. The decor of the room had a stylish touch, and the heavy curtains kept the early morning sun out. The breakfast, included in the room rate, offered a decent variety of options to start the day. The hotel's location was great, with shops and eateries just a short walk away, and the Hammersmith tube station conveniently close for easy access to both the city's attractions and Heathrow airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with clean walls and corners in the bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious cafe seating area and a comfortable bed in the room. The location was perfect, with a wide range of shops and restaurants within a 200m radius. The hotel was also very close to the underground station, making transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, offering a satisfactory selection of options. I would be happy to stay here again next time I visit the nearby Eventim Apollo.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to two tube stations and the Hammersmith Bus station. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and visiting popular attractions like Heathrow and museums. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and even accommodating dietary needs like lactose intolerance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We had a comfortable and quiet room with a big bed. The breakfast was decent. The location was convenient, close to tube stations and a Wetherspoons pub on King St between Hammersmith and Chiswick.
There was nothing we didn't like.
