I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Underground and bus stations. Plus, it was really convenient to have parking available, especially for a hotel in central London. Another highlight was the breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and accommodating. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and customer care.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kensington. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube line and conveniently situated near Gloucester Underground station. It was also within walking distance of Hyde Park and the main museums in the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with modern and clean rooms that were both comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast included was outstanding, with a variety of options and even made-to-order pancakes. The hotel's location on a main thoroughfare in the beautiful Kensington area provided convenience, with a Sainsbury grocery store across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The receptionist who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and remembered us throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the shower control was easy to operate. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The hotel facilities, including the bar and grill, were brilliant. We particularly enjoyed the waffle station and the soft drinks at the grab and go shelf were cheap. The concierge were also brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower and great bed size. The hotel also had a grab and go shelf with cheap soft drinks.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
