We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, with our room being very clean and the public areas well-maintained. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a small but impressive pool and sauna in the basement. We especially enjoyed the amazing bar and restaurant options available. The staff were highly professional and attentive, going out of their way to be helpful on several occasions. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to main rail terminals and on top of an underground station with loads of connections. The comfort of our room was top-notch, with a very comfy bed and lovely surroundings featuring greens and beige. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we were very pleased with the service from the staff throughout our stay.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional! Laura and Andrea went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, within easy reach of the underground system and ideal for my Eurostar travel. The hotel had a beautiful ambience, creating a romantic and relaxed setting. The breakfast was fantastic, with a good variety of options and attentive staff.

In town for a show, the hotel is so very convenient, and the staff are ultra professional. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with marvellous food and timeless classic decor. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the service provided by the staff. The location is great, with easy access to transportation. We also loved the fact that Platinum guests have access to the Chambers Club, which offers delicious meals and excellent service.

We loved this beautiful building, both from the outside and the unique interior. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were a great bonus for relaxation. The location in the very center of London, next to the international train station and the tube, was fantastic. The staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and welcoming, attending to our every need.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, being right beside the main travel hub in this city. It made it incredibly convenient for us to explore all areas of this city and even travel to other destinations via the Eurostar/Kings Cross. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice room and a restaurant that served delicious and well-made drinks. We also loved the unique touches like the chess board in the lobby and the live music performances by a cellist and a singer + guitarist. The staff were professional and helpful, especially the porters who were extremely nice.
