The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel facilities, the convenient location in a quiet residential area just opposite the Warwick Avenue tube station, and the friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was great, with easy access to Paddington Station and public transport. It was also conveniently located near Little Venice, providing a beautiful area for a stroll along the Regent's Canal. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Can't fault the property in any way.
