I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect for my plans in the city, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shows, and shopping. The breakfast selection was generous, and the staff at breakfast were welcoming and attentive.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We received a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco and our bags were immediately stored when our room wasn't ready. The hotel went above and beyond for my husband's birthday, decorating our room with Happy Birthday balloons and upgrading us to a spacious Junior Suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast had a great selection and even included a full English upgrade. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even received complimentary items from the mini bar on check out. The location was superb, being near China Town, Leicester Square, and Theatre Land.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of London. The location was perfect for exploring all the main areas such as Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Soho, and Seven Dials, as they were all within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a personal service that made our stay truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed starting our day with a hearty meal. this hotel was a great choice for its convenient location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the attentive staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for one night in this city. The location was perfect, within 5 to 10 minutes walk to theatres, China town, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the easy transportation access, as it was so close to Paddington and just a few stops away on the Bakerloo line to Piccadilly. Definitely my go-to hotel for its central location and friendly staff!
